Privacy Policy

👋 The short version

Clear Days collects only what it needs to work. Your brain dump and your plan are yours. We don't sell your data — ever. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

📦 What we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used to log you in and, if you opt in, to email you your plan.
• Password — stored as a secure hash by Supabase. We never see or store your plaintext password.

When you use the app, we temporarily process:

• Brain dump content — the text (and optional photos) you enter to generate your plan. This is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your plan and is not stored by Clear Days after your session ends.
• Generated plan — displayed to you in the browser. Not stored on our servers.

If you save preferences, we store:

• Your name (optional), email reminder preference, and weekly reset day — saved securely in your Supabase account record.

🏗️ How it's stored

Account data (email, password hash, preferences) is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database hosted on AWS. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Clear Days itself does not operate its own database server — all account storage is handled by Supabase.

🎯 What we use it for

• Letting you sign in and access the app.
• Generating your weekly plan via Claude (Anthropic's AI).
• Sending you your plan by email the night before — only if you explicitly opt in.
• Sending a weekly reset reminder — only if you explicitly opt in.

That's it. We don't use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or anything else.

🤝 Third parties

We share data with the following services, strictly to make the app work:

• Anthropic — your brain dump is sent to Claude to generate your plan. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that interaction.
• Supabase — stores your account data. Their privacy policy applies.
• Netlify — hosts this website. Their privacy policy applies to web traffic logs.

We never sell your data to any third party. Ever.

🗑️ Deleting your account and data

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@solutiongarden.ca with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll permanently delete your email, preferences, and any associated data within 7 days.

Because brain dump content and plans are not stored by Clear Days after your session, there is no additional content to delete.

🍪 Cookies

Clear Days uses only the cookies Supabase sets to keep you logged in (a session token). We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies.
